Remaining Balance of is to be paid in full immediately following the performance in the form of cash, check or credit card. Any fees related to parking such as community or park entrance fees, valet parking, etc. will be added to the remaining balance.
Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit is non-refundable, however in case you have an emergency cancellation (family emergency, hazardous driving conditions, etc), we apply your deposit to a future date of your choosing that is mutually agreeable to both of our schedules.
I arrive about 30 minutes early prior to time of performance to set up equipment. Video recording and/or taking flash pictures of the performance is highly encouraged, as long as it is not used for commercial purposes.

DUE TO MY HEAVY PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE THE PROGRAMS MUST BEGIN PROMPTLY AT THE AGREED UPON TIME.
