Remaining Balance is to be paid in full immediately following the performance in the form of cash, check or credit card. Any fees related to parking such as community or park entrance fees, valet parking, etc. will be added to the remaining balance.
Indoor Performances
To ensure the success of your magic show, it is important to plan for an indoor performance. Please note that my magic shows are not suitable for outdoor events in hot weather conditions above 80 degrees Fahrenheit, rain, wind, or other adverse weather conditions. It is common for clients to host their parties outdoors and then move the guests inside for the magic show. Therefore, before finalizing your agreement, please be sure to take note of these conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. If you have any questions or concerns about the performance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit which is required to secure your booking is non-refundable. However, we understand that emergencies can arise, such as family emergencies or hazardous driving conditions, which may require you to cancel your booking. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate you by applying your deposit to a future date of your choosing that works for both of our schedules.
Please note that this policy applies only to emergency cancellations, and we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible so that we can work together to reschedule your booking. If you cancel for any other reason or fail to show up for your booking without providing us with prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

I will arrive 20 minutes prior to the agreed-upon start time stated in our agreement to setup equipment.
Please note that you are welcome to take flash pictures and record videos of the performance, as I encourage you to capture and cherish these special moments. However, please keep in mind that any recordings or pictures should not be used for commercial purposes.
