The next time you head to the store, take a stroll around it and notice the type of foods that are in the inner isles and the type that are on the outer isles. You’ll quickly see where you should be shopping. Nutrition resides on the outside isles of your grocery store.
There are also super foods that are worth adding to your diet that are really worth the effort to include in your diets – Cinnamon, Goji berries, pumpkin seeds, and Quinoa are a great place to start. There are plenty of others. Why not start today creating a healthy environment for your body?
